Spectra Synergy Gold Breast Pump Rental

Wash all parts which breastmilk comes in contact with after each use using hot soapy water. 

Tubing does not need to be washed.

Should the breast pump become soiled, clean with a lightly dampened cloth and a mild all purpose cleanser.

1. The equipment remains the property of The Tiny Human Company. Lessee has no rights to such equipment except as expressed in this Agreement.
2. Lessee agrees to pay the rental fees in accordance with the fee structure established shown above in the rental payment plan.
3. Lessee shall leave a security deposit of 1 month rental fee with the The Tiny Human Company.
4. Lessee agrees to inform the The Tiny Human Company of any change of address
5. Lessee agrees not to move the equipment out of this province with the consent of The Tiny Human Company.
6. Lessee agrees to allow no person other than the Lessee to use the equipment provided.
7. Lessee agrees to return the equipment in clean condition. If the equipment is not clean Lessee agrees to pay The Tiny Human Company a minimum cleaning fee of $20.00.
8. Lessee agrees to return the equipment in good repair. If the equipment is not in good repair Lessee agrees to pay The Tiny Human Company a minimum charge of $100.00
9. The Agreement shall be constructed under the laws of the province of Ontario.
10. The Lessee shall be responsible for all legal fees and all other costs involved in collection of overdue amounts and or the recovery of the equipment and/ or the cost of replacing lost equipment.
11. The Tiny Human Company has the right to cancel this Agreement at any time with five days notice.
12. Lessee acknowledges that The Tiny Human Company is permitted to charge to the credit card of the lessee the value of any lost, damaged or non-returned equipment.
13. Lessee acknowledges his/her/its obligations to ensure that The Tiny Human Company, all times, has valid credit card information on hand.

Once the rental has been requested, and all forms have been completed, you will be contacted to arrange delivery.
