Private prenatal classes are available, offered in the comfort of your own home.

Choose between in person (all we need is a TV with a HDMI port), or online through a secure platform.

This course is divided into two-three hour sessions, to allow for maximum retention of information.  

​

These classes will cover everything you need to know about labour, delivery, medical interventions for both the birthing parent and baby, the first few hours and weeks of postpartum recovery, the role of the support person throughout the birthing and parenting process, infant feeding, and the basics of infant care.

Private prenatal classes cover all the group class content, customized to your specific needs. 

For example:

• Booked c-section? - We can skip labour management and focus more in depth on the process of caesarian birth and recovery 

• Planning on exclusively pumping? - We can skip latching basics, and instead focus on pumping using your specific pump. We will also discuss flange fit and (if requested) can measure your flange size 

• Don't want to breastfeed? - We will swap this portion of the class with information on lactation suppression, formula preparation, safe bottle feeding, and troubleshooting tips.

• Car seat education can be done with your specific seat, and for an additional fee we will teach you to install your seat in your vehicle
