Three classes averaging 2.5 hours each delivered in an intimate group of 6 families. Classes are taught at 10C downtown Guelph, and are spread out over three consecutive weeks.

These classes will cover everything you need to know about labour, delivery, medical interventions for both the birthing parent and baby, the first few hours and weeks of postpartum recovery, the role of the support person throughout the birthing and parenting process, infant feeding, and the basics of infant care.

Two 3 hour education sessions delivered virtually or in person.

A 90 minute private education session to learn all about breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping.
Learn about how the breasts work, hand expressing, different positions, breast pumps, pump flange sizing, what to expect in the early days, how your partner can help, and our favourite gadgets!
