Join us for an informative group class where you'll discover the essentials of starting solid foods with your baby! Learn about introducing allergens, the key differences between solids and purees, and the important distinction between gagging and choking. Equip yourself with the confidence and knowledge to support your little one’s feeding journey!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the class date will receive a full refund, less a $35 service fee. Cancellations made between 7-13 days before class will receive a 50% refund, less a $35 service fee. Cancellations made within 6 days of the class beginning will not receive a refund. We understand there may be extenuating circumstances toward the end of pregnancy that will prevent people from being able to attend class. If you need to cancel on short notice due to health concerns please reach out to us and we will do our best to come to a solution.
